Turning Cans into Care

We are supporting Rise Above through the Return-It “Cans for Cancer Relief” campaign!

The special collection bins were placed at Woden, Jamison, and soon at Tuggeranong once renovations are completed to collect eligible drink containers consumed on-site.

Each eligible container collected will be picked up by Return-It, with 10 cents donated per container to Rise Above. The donation will contribute to helping Rise Above continue their commitment in providing financial assistance for medication relating to treatment for cancer, chemotherapy, food supplements, petrol vouchers, electricity accounts, and fertility preservation.

Every year, more than 2,400 people in our region are diagnosed with cancer. We’re proud to play our part in easing the burden for them and their families.
