Each month, the Yacht Club and Snapper & Co. will feature a Wine of the Month, showcasing standout local wines from the Canberra region. For September and October, we’re excited to highlight two beautiful selections from Collector Wines, a winery with a premium selection of wines from around the Canberra district and beyond.
Marked Tree Red Shiraz 2024
A fragrant bouquet of dark cherry, blackberry, pepper and aniseed. Smooth and medium-bodied, with a savoury, textured mouthfeel, silky tannings and a long, lingering finish.
Shoreline Shangiovese Rosé 2025
Fresh mandarin, cherry, rose-water and spice aromas. The palate is crispy and refreshing, with a moreish mid-palate texture and mouth watering acidity carrying through to a clean finish.
