Join us for a curated four-course dinner celebrating the flavours of the Canberra District, paired with premium wines from Collector Wines. Each dish has been crafted by Executive Chef Trung Pham to complement a selection of Collector’s standout drops, making for a relaxed but memorable evening at the table.
Ticketed Events Cancellation Policy
If a booking is cancelled up to 10 business days prior to the event date, we will provide a credit voucher to the face value of the tickets, rounded down to the nearest $50. These vouchers are redeemable for food and beverage at any of the Club’s venues. If a booking is cancelled within 10 business days of the event date, no refund is available.
