Join our annual celebration of Canberra’s black gold, this year to be held on the Winter Solstice.
Featuring truffles provided by The Truffle Farm, and paired with fresh, seasonal produce and local wines in a five course dinner prepared by our Executive Chef at the Yacht Club. The evening will be hosted by Jayson Messman, Canberra’s own truffle farmer.
