Our ‘Taste of’ series continues on Friday 3 August at Woden, with a focus on the food and wine from Australia’s high country.

Taste your way around the mountainous areas of Australia, including the Australian Alps. The highest mountain range in the country, the Australian Alps consists of the Snowy Mountains (including the Brindabella Range) in NSW and ACT, and the Victorian Alps. Our Executive Chef has designed a magnificent menu to showcase the best food and wines from these regions to warm up your Winter.
