Our “Taste of” series continues as we explore the region close to home. The area around Canberra has a wide range of local producers, growers and wineries which we’re delighted to feature on our specially designed 4 course menu this April.
Pialligo Estate fennel and chilli sausage with bacon jam and black sesame
68 Degree hot smoked salmon, avocado, Canberra’s own Remy’s Bakery crisp sourdough, and heirloom carrots two ways
Texas rubbed Cowra lamb rump, sweet potato galette, crispy dry cured pancetta, Shaw Vineyard estate shiraz jus
Dark chocolate and salted caramel ganache cannelloni, liquorice ice cream, Lerida Estate Botrysis Pinot Gris rosewater syrup
