Following the success of Tuggeranong’s recent vegetarian dinner, we present a Simply Divine gourmet vegan dinner, to showcase some amazing animal-free dishes.


Local Mushrooms
with kim chi and charged cauliflower puree

Roasted Pumpkin
with fig and walnut tabouleh, beetroot puree

Braised Chickpea and Capsicum Robusto
whole spice and tomato braised Kabuli Chana, served with roasted capsicum cigar, date and tamarind chutney, and puffed rice

Sesame Cheese
with crackers and house made pear and orange chutney

Chocolate, Berries and Meringue
dark chocolate mousse with fresh berries – and yes, meringue!
