Perigord Truffle Dinner

For our Truffle dinner at Tuggeranong, we have taken inspiration from the cuisine of the Perigord region in France, which is famous for its truffles. The classic menu highlights the cuisine of the region and the taste and flavour of the ‘black gold’.

Enjoy a superb five courses, with all truffles sourced from Canberra’s own Truffle Farm. Matched wines are available to purchase on the night.

House made duck liver paté served with traditional sourdough crute and freshly grated Canberra truffles

Pan seared Queensland scallops served with new season Tasmanian cauliflower cream and freshly shaved Canberra truffle

Free range Camden Valley chicken breast served with gently simmered creamy chicken veloute, truffles and local new season field mushrooms

Petite Eye Fillet
Riverina Hereford eye fillet served with truffle infused Parisienne pomme purée and classical sauce Périgord

Triple Cream Brie
Layered with truffles, matured in house and served with crackers and grapes
Matched Wine: Rymill Cabernet Merlot Cabernet Franc 2014 (Coonawarra)
