Jayson will bring some of the freshest truffles from his farm, and our chef Brad has chosen a classic Périgord menu highlighting the unique aroma and flavour of this delicacy.
Jayson will bring some fresh truffles on the night, so you can purchase some for yourself and replicate the dishes at home.
