Enjoy five delectable courses designed by Executive Chef Anurag Gautam, featuring locally grown truffles.

The evening features an entertaining and informative talk from Canberra’s own truffle farmer Jayson Mesman, the owner of The Truffle Farm in the ACT.

Truffle and Cauliflower Soup
Slow roasted Riverina cauliflower gently simmered with cream and served with freshly grated Canberra truffle and truffle crouton

South Coast Whiting
Fillet of fresh sand whiting gently poached in butter and served with hollandaise sauce, freshly shaved truffles and crispy calvo nero
Suggested Wine: Lake George Chardonnay 2015

Free Range Chicken Breast
Pan fried fillet of Camden valley chicken breast served with truffle croquette, morel mushroom veloute and freshly shaved truffle
Suggested Wine: Mount Majura Dinny’s Block Cabernet Franc Merlot 2014

Beef Wellington
Baked fillet of Riverina beef, local mushroom and truffle duxelle, liver pate wrapped in buttered puff pastry served with Madeira and truffle jus
Suggested Wine: Clonakilla Hilltop’s Shiraz 2016

Truffled Brie
Artisan Gippsland triple cream brie cheese generously layered with Canberra truffle and matured in house, served with thin crisp crackers and house roasted walnuts
Suggested Wine: Arras Brut Elite Sparkling
