Indulge in a night of Mediterranean treats with our all you can eat Italian buffet, prepared by Head Chef Alex Kimmorley.

Starting with a traditional antipasti station, you will then enjoy some classic Italian mains including house made lasagne and penne chicken carbonara. A variety of delicious desserts is the perfect finale.

Fresh smooth dory fillet served with salsa verde and grilled baby vegetables

Gently cooked carnaroli rice infused with garlic, fresh herbs, provolone, parmesan and smoked cheddar cheese and finished with butter

Penne Chicken Carbonara
Penne pasta tossed in a creamy white wine sauce with bacon, mushroom and finished with shaved grana Padano cheese and egg yolk

Veal Ossobuco
Lombard veal braised with tomato, herbs, vegetables and white wine

Ticketed Events Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled 15 business days prior to the event date, we will provide a full refund. If a booking is cancelled 5-14 business days prior to the event, we will provide you with a credit voucher to the value of your tickets – redeemable for food and beverage at any of our venues, or boat hire charter tickets. If a booking is cancelled 4 business days or less prior to your booking date, you will not be refunded, nor receive a credit voucher.
