Start with our fresh Australian seafood platter, then enjoy lobster thermidor, before a traditional Christmas main course of turkey and ham. Finish the meal with a delicious Buche de Noel for dessert.

Glazed local free-range ham with cherries, and slow-roasted free-range turkey with chestnut and cranberries served with pear and gorgonzola tart, roasted pumpkin, and port wine sauce

Buche de Noel
Heilala vanilla sponge roulade with single origin chocolate cream, raspberries, cocoa streusel, and Christmas spiced ice cream
