On a fresh tomato and cucumber salad served with lime aioli

Roasted Beetroot and Pumpkin Salad (gf) (v)
Persian fetta, toasted nuts and seeds, fresh herbs, with an olive oil and balsamic vinegar dressing

Lamb Kofte
With a pomegranate, cucumber and mint salad, homemade hummus and grilled flatbread

MAIN

Slow Roasted Greek Style Lamb Rump
Marinated in lemon, Greek oregano and olive oil. Served with crushed potato, zucchini, pea and mint salad and a preserved lemon dressing

Saffron Risotto (gf) (v)
Iranian saffron and carnaroli rice gently cooked and served with fresh peas and grated parmesan cheese

Free Range Chicken Breast
Served with creamed mashed potato, a trio of steamed seasonal vegetables and a spicy Napolitana sauce

Grilled Tasmanian Salmon Fillet (gf*)
With hollandaise sauce, fresh green salad and thick cut chips

DESSERT

Sticky Date Pudding
Covered in toffee sauce and served with Vanilla ice cream

Crème Brulee
Served with almond shortbread

White Chocolate Panna Cotta (gf)
