Feeding Fussy Toddlers – Healthy Eating Clinic Online Workshop

7.30pm Monday 6 July

In partnership with the Canberra Southern Cross Club and Stellar Canberra, the Healthy Eating Clinic presents monthly nutrition workshops.

Positive eating behaviours start during childhood and can set them up for life. As we all know, changing or establishing new eating habits in adulthood is a lot harder. Let’s give our kids a head start!

Developing a positive and balanced relationship with food during childhood can lead to better health outcomes in the long run. However, this is easier said than done, because as any parent of a toddler will tell you, they can make things a little challenging at times. Wink*

In this presentation, Accredited Practising Dietitian, Michelle Bulman, will address all the key issues around fussy eaters and provide some guidelines on how you can set your kids up for a healthy future, and have happy family meals in the meantime.

Please note, this is a webinar and it will be conducted online via Zoom. The setup is simple and the video will only be one-sided, meaning you can watch the session in your PJs. We hope you can join us!
