Chefs’ Signature Dinner 2020 – SOLD OUT

Now in its sixth year, our annual Chefs’ Signature Dinner is the culinary highlight of our calendar. This year’s event sees the introduction of some new faces to our line up, with Head Chef DJ and Head Chef Jawad leading the teams from Jamison and Yacht Club respectively.

Head Chef DJ from Jamison will prepare a selection of three vegetarian Amuse dishes – Tandoori Zucchini, Paneer Tikka, and Papdi Chaat.

As always, the focus is on fresh produce and Head Chef Brad from Tuggeranong has used his mum’s cooking as an inspiration. “I’m making a delicious Balinese style prawn entrée featuring fresh prawns from Queensland wrapped in banana leaf,” said Brad.

Executive Chef Jojy from Woden has designed the main course featuring duck from the Young region in NSW, complemented with potatoes from Crookwell and locally grown vegetables from the Canberra region.

Head Chef Jawad from the Yacht Club has created a dessert featuring dark and white chocolate and fresh berries.

This year’s dinner features entertainment by internationally acclaimed Boys in the Band, backed by their sensational live band The Players as they explore a mega mix of hits from the last 50 years.

If a booking is cancelled 15 business days prior to the event date, we will provide a full refund. If a booking is cancelled 5-14 business days prior to the event, we will provide you with a credit voucher to the value of your tickets – redeemable for food and beverage at any of our venues, or boat hire charter tickets. If a booking is cancelled 4 business days or less prior to your booking date, you will not be refunded, nor receive a credit voucher.
