Our ‘Taste of’ series at Woden returns in the newly refurbished Orion Room.
Enjoy six fabulous courses, with produce in each dish featuring the High Country around the Canberra region. We have partnered with Wildbrumby distillery from Crackenback to match each course to their award winning range of schnapps, gin and vodka.
Brad and Monika Spalding, the owners of Wildbrumby will be on hand to take you through their story and their amazing products.
A range of local beer and wine will also be available on the evening. All beverages are included in the price of the event.

Brad and Monika Spalding opened the doors to the Wildbrumby Distillery in 2005. Creating one of the first craft distilleries in Australia, their vision was to introduce authentic schnapps to Australian alpine enthusiasts pining for a taste of European culture.
Exclusive access to home-grown organic fruit and botanicals became the inspiration behind a brand new line of liqueur schnapps that proved very well suited to Australian palates. Brad and Monika now sell a wide range of award-winning schnapps, gin and vodka through the distillery door. Their Schnapps and Gin is now available at all Southern Cross Club venues.
