Join us for an evening as Executive Chef Jojy Vattoly guides us on a culinary journey through France, serving some of the country’s most loved dishes. This five course meal will see you savouring famed French classics including Duck à l’Orange and Tarte Normande Aux Pommes.

Saumon Confit à l’Huile d’Olive
Fresh salmon fillet confit in olive oil, served with dill aioli, capers, lemon and fresh baby herb salad
Poitrine de Porc Rotie aux Aromates
Slow roasted pork belly, marinated in Pernod and fennel seeds and served with celeriac remoulade, pear chutney and caraway jus
Duck à l’Orange
Classic duck à l’orange, served with pomme château and vichy carrots
La Monique Brie
Double brie served on fried brioche, poached quince and candied walnuts
Tarte Normande aux Pommes
Classic Normandy apple tart served with calvados custard and fresh berries
