Saumon Confit à l’Huile d’Olive
Fresh salmon fillet confit in olive oil, served with dill aioli, capers, lemon and fresh baby herb salad

Poitrine de Porc Rotie aux Aromates
Slow roasted pork belly, marinated in Pernod and fennel seeds and served with celeriac remoulade, pear chutney and caraway jus

Duck à l’Orange
Classic duck à l’orange, served with pomme château and vichy carrots

La Monique Brie
Double brie served on fried brioche, poached quince and candied walnuts

Tarte Normande aux Pommes
Classic Normandy apple tart served with calvados custard and fresh berries

Ticketed Events Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled 15 business days prior to the event date, we will provide a full refund. If a booking is cancelled 5-14 business days prior to the event, we will provide you with a credit voucher to the value of your tickets – redeemable for food and beverage at any of our venues, or boat hire charter tickets. If a booking is cancelled 4 business days or less prior to your booking date, you will not be refunded, nor receive a credit voucher.
