Plant-based culinary delight steals the spotlight with this six course vegetarian degustation. Head Chef Maria has designed a tempting menu for our first dinner of 2024, showcasing a range of fantastic meat-free dishes. Add to the experience with a wine package available on the night for $30.

Ticketed Events Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled up to 10 business days prior to the event date, we will provide a credit voucher to the face value of the tickets, rounded down to the nearest $50. These vouchers are redeemable for food and beverage at any of the Club’s venues. If a booking is cancelled within 10 business days of the event date, no refund is available.

Local Heirloom tomatoes roasted with local garlic and fresh herbs, served with Greek yoghurt, lemon and olive oil dressing, and crisp bread

Local Vegetable and Snowy Walnuts
Fresh seasonal root vegetables roasted with fresh herb, olive oil and garlic served with Lima bean hummus, toasted Snowy walnuts and seeds

Herb-crusted Cauliflower
Pea puree | pomegranate |salsa verde

Cave-aged | homemade apple chutney | crackers and nuts

Roasted Peach Panna Cotta
