Wine of the Month December – January
Each month our wine of the month will feature two wines from around Australia, include a choice of red, white or rosé.
We’re pleased to announce our Wine of the Month specials for December and January feature two wines from the award winning Yal Yal Estate.
Yal Yal Estate
A boutique winery nestled in Merricks on the Mornington Peninsula, producing beautiful chardonnay and pinot noir, which reflects the uniqueness of the terroir. The wines are handpicked and pruned, focusing on smaller yields and outstanding flavour and intensity. Yal Yal Estate was awarded winner for Best Small Producer in the Mornington Peninsula Wine Show 2023.
Yal Yal Estate Chardonnay
Lively, vibrant and multi-layered with excellent acidity. Quartz, grapefruit and citrus flavours underpin an elegant palate.
Yal Yal Estate Pinot Noir
Raspberry, plum and red cherry flavours predominate in this aromatic, vibrant wine, which has a lovely interplay between the fruit and the more savoury components.
