Each month, the Yacht Club and Snapper & Co. will feature a Wine of the Month, showcasing standout local wines from the Canberra region. For July and August, we’re excited to highlight two beautiful selections from Mount Majura Vineyard, a renowned single-vineyard winery in the Canberra District, known for its red volcanic soils and handcrafted approach.
Lime Kiln Red
A medium-bodied blend of touriga nacional, graciano and mondeuse, with dark berry fruit, peppery spice and savoury herbal notes. Smooth and easy-drinking, with a soft, supple finish.
Parallel Ridges Chardonnay
Cashew and fresh citrus aromas with a subtle buttery toast note. The palate is crisp and dry, with grapefruit and lively acidity carrying through to a clean, refreshing finish.
