Throughout the month of April, we’re celebrating the youngest members of your family with fun, exciting activities, and special offers at Woden, Tuggeranong, Jamison and Stellar Canberra.
Kids’ Month Activities
Kids Eat Free | Monday to Wednesday
Woden, Tuggeranong & Jamison
Treat your little ones to a delicious meal—on us! Buy one main meal (minimum value $25) and receive a free kid’s main meal for lunch or dinner from the kid’s menu.
Members only offer. Child must be 12 years or under and dining with an adult. Kid’s meal must be from the kid’s menu. Adult meal must be an individual item over $25, not a combination of items.

Sunday Funday | Sundays in April
Woden & Jamison
Sundays are made for fun! Purchase a kid’s meal at Woden or Jamison and enjoy 40 minutes of access to Henry’s Arcade games for free!
Free Pool Access | Sundays in April from 2 pm to 3:30 pm
Stellar Canberra
Enjoy a free family swim at Stellar Canberra every Sunday during Kids’ Month! We’re opening the pool to Club Members from 2 pm to 3:30 pm every Sundays in April.
Free access is for Canberra Southern Cross Club members and Learn to Swim students only. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Kidtastic Workshops at Woden
We have a range of exciting workshops thoughout the month at Woden. Bookings are required.
Tuesday 1st April – Decorate the Dinosaur
Who doesn’t love dinosaurs, especially ones as cute as this little guy. Using cardboard, felt, stickers and glue this activity is simple and the result is super cute.

Tuesday 8th April – Paper Flower Pots
With a few designs to choose from, kids will enjoy watching their paper flower come to life. With pre-cut pieces of brightly coloured card, we will make an adorable potted flower that will last forever.

Wednesday 9th April – Pom Pom Fish
No fishing line required to bring home a fish today. Using different coloured pom poms, kids will select colours to make a striped pattern on an adhesive fish template. This project is sure to make a serious splash! This activity is great for the little kids.

Monday 14th April – Glass Mosaic Coasters
Save your table surfaces with an awesome handmade coaster. Using square, coloured glass tiles, we will create two wooden coasters in today’s session. Kids will be given some ‘design time’ where they can experiment with colours and patterns before the tiles will be glued down. Once dry, we will then use grout to fill in the gaps.

Wednesday 16th April – Easter Craft, Parade and an Egg Hunt!
Happy Easter kids! Today we will be making our very own Easter Hat. Using cardboard, feathers, pipe cleaners, fluffy chickens (not real ones) egg shapes and glitter we will create an awesome masterpiece. We will then venture around the club to see what goodies the Easter Bunny may have left for us to find. You will then strut your stuff wearing your amazing design in our Easter Hat Parade. Tuesday 22nd April – Cupcake Decorating
Kids will receive two fresh baked, cupcakes, icing, colouring, sprinkles, sparkles and edible delights which will give them everything they need to create a spectacular cupcake design. Once complete, kids will be given a gift box to take their cupcakes home (if they last that long).Each child will decorate two cupcakes and will also receive a Henry’s apron and chefs hat to take home with them. This activity is not suitable for gluten or dairy free guests.

Thursday 24th April – Pizza Making with Chef Phoebe
Henry’s will be transformed into a pizza making extravaganza where kids will make their own pizzas. Guided by Chef Phoebe, kids will roll the dough, knead the dough and using a variety of fresh ingredients create the most amazing pizza. The kids will then sit at our pizza bench in the restaurant and watch as their delicious pizza gets cooked in our wood fire oven YUM. Each child will also receive a Henry’s apron and chefs hat to take home with them. This activity is not suitable for gluten or dairy free guests.
