The Canberra Southern Club is proud to support:

	Karinya House The Club’s financial commitment will allow Karinya House to run its Caseworker-Education Connection project for their Mothers and Babies program. This will enable Karinya House to continue to provide early intervention and continuity of care to pregnant and mothering women and their children, who are among the most vulnerable in our community.
	St Vincent de Paul Society The Canberra Southern Cross Club supports the work of the St Vincent de Paul Society to actively address the long-term problems of homelessness in Canberra, by sponsoring its Night Patrol van service for almost 20 years. The Southern Cross Club provides secure parking for the van and provides wrapped sandwiches (more than 130,000) and has recently extended its assistance through additional financial support.
	Cricket ACT The Canberra Southern Cross Club supports the community events conducted by Cricket ACT. From the Canberra Southern Cross Club Kookaburra Cup to the Summer of Cricket Luncheon, to the ACT Cricket Awards, the Club delivers memorable events for our community.
	AFL Canberra The Canberra Southern Cross Club supports community sport at a grassroots level through our partnership with AFL Canberra, with a minimum of 50 per cent of the funding provided through this partnership to be directed towards women’s football. Canberra Southern Cross Club also sponsors the league’s runners, water carriers and trainers’ shirts, as well as supporting significant awards and events.
