New Menu Launched at the Valley Grill

We are pleased to announce our fabulous new menu has launched at the Valley Grill, Canberra Southern Cross Club Tuggeranong.

Canberra Southern Cross Club General Manager Food and Beverage Anurag Gautam has collaborated with Southern Cross Club Tuggeranong’s Head Chef Bradley Howden to create a menu that focuses on fresh, seasonal flavours.

A highlight is our new entrees and sharing platters which features six new dishes including The Three Amigos platter, Chargrilled Chicken Skewers and Steamed Fish in Banana Leaf.
“We’ve focused on seasonal flavours that are fresh and vibrant ” said head chef Brad.
“We’ve designed these dishes to be a feast to the eyes as well as to the palate, and the feedback so far has been awesome!”

To celebrate the launch of the new menu, we are offering diners 20% off all menu items at the Valley Grill until the 30th September 2019.
