New Menu at Jamison

We are pleased to announce that a new menu has been launched at Southern Cross Club Jamison.

Canberra Southern Cross Club Executive Chefs Anurag Gautam and Jojy Vattoly have collaborated on the dishes, which are based on the menu introduced at the Tuggeranong Club in 2017.

“Simple food made well,” commented Chef Anurag. “Our Chefs cook food they love to prepare and eat themselves.”

Chef Jojy, who has moved to Jamison from the Yacht Club to launch the new menu, added, “I want to create simple, nice food, including what is fresh according to the season and at a good value price point.”

The new menu includes dishes such as Country Style Roasted Lamb Rump, Coconut Chicken and Cashew Nut Salad and char grilled premium Angus Rump from the Riverina. Club classics such as Chicken Breast Parmigiana and Fisherman’s Basket with whiting, prawns and calamari are also on offer.

Sharing Platters have also been introduced, including the delicious Laotian Larb platter and the Asian Sharing Platter that has proven hugely popular at Tuggeranong.

The Cornerstone Restaurant at Southern Cross Club Jamison is open 7 days per week for lunch and dinner. Bookings can be made direct with the Club on 6251 2255.

The venue also offers Snapper at Jamison with fresh fish and chips for less formal dining and take away, every day from 11am—8pm.
