DESCRIPTION:6:30pm Thursday 16 July\nExperience a winter dining event celebrating ACT-grown truffles and rustic french-inspired cuisine. \nExecutive Chef Bradley Howden will present a rustic four-course menu inspired by the Perigord region of France\, renowned for its rich truffle traditions and winter cuisine. Using classic French-inspired cooking techniques\, Chef Brad’s menu will focus on enhancing the earthy aroma and flavour of fresh local truffles while delivering a warm and authentic dining experience. \n\nTicketed Events Cancellation Policy\nIf a booking is cancelled up to 10 business days prior to the event date\, we will provide a credit voucher to the face value of the tickets\, rounded down to the nearest $50. These vouchers are redeemable for food and beverage at any of the Club’s venues. If a booking is cancelled within 10 business days of the event date\, no refund is available.
