Executive Chef Trung Pham has crafted a four-course menu designed around a curated selection of St Hugo wines, pairing the bold, elegant character of the Barossa with a menu built to match. It’s a night to slow down, savour, and drink well.
Ticketed Events Cancellation Policy
If a booking is cancelled up to 10 business days prior to the event date, we will provide a credit voucher to the face value of the tickets, rounded down to the nearest $50. These vouchers are redeemable for food and beverage at any of the Club’s venues. If a booking is cancelled within 10 business days of the event date, no refund is available.
