Executive Chef Bradley Howden will present a rustic four-course menu inspired by the Perigord region of France, renowned for its rich truffle traditions and winter cuisine. Using classic French-inspired cooking techniques, Chef Brad’s menu will focus on enhancing the earthy aroma and flavour of fresh local truffles while delivering a warm and authentic dining experience.
Ticketed Events Cancellation Policy
If a booking is cancelled up to 10 business days prior to the event date, we will provide a credit voucher to the face value of the tickets, rounded down to the nearest $50. These vouchers are redeemable for food and beverage at any of the Club’s venues. If a booking is cancelled within 10 business days of the event date, no refund is available.
