Registered Nutritionist Kate Freeman will help you break your emotional eating habits and develop a healthier relationship with food.
If you’re finding that emotional eating is starting to become frequent and problematic, then this presentation is for you. It is a frustrating habit and happens at the best of times. However, if you want a healthy relationship with food then it is something we can help with!
Wouldn’t it be nice to break free from having your emotions dictate what you eat and constant food guilt? Life has its ups and downs, and there will always be some sort of emotion involved in your daily life but we’d love to support you in baby steps in getting through it!
