Snacking can be a challenge, especially if you’re looking at managing your health long term. Many people see snacking as a ‘bad habit’, but we’d like to show you a fresh perspective and teach you how to use snacking as an opportunity for nourishment.
In this workshop, Accredited Practising Dietitian Clare Wolski will outline the key elements of appetite management and how snacking fits in with all this. She’ll also show you how you can snack to reach your goals, what foods you should be snacking on and how much you should be eating!
