Our Easter Sunday lunch will feature a special Slow Roasted Whole Greek Style Lamb Shoulder, designed for families and friends to share. Using local Gundagai lamb, the shoulder is marinated with rosemary, garlic, lemon and olive oil, then slow roasted until tender. It’s served with lemon roasted potatoes, roasted onions, grilled broccolini and pan gravy, making it a classic Easter meal without the hassle of cooking at home.

Serves 2–4 people, available Easter Sunday lunch only, and must be pre-booked at the time of reservation. With limited availability, this shared dish is positioned as the hero of the day, encouraging early bookings and bringing people together to celebrate Easter around the table.
