South Coast rock oysters, Queensland tiger prawns, Tasmanian cold-smoked salmon and Moreton Bay bug tail, served with house cocktail sauce, cracked black pepper, lemon cheeks and classic accompaniments.
PLATED MAIN COURSE (NF)
Duo of Berkshire honey-glazed ham and Hunter Valley roast turkey
Served with duck fat roasted potatoes, honey-glazed carrots, pigs in blankets, golden Yorkshire puddings, steamed seasonal greens and rich cranberry gravy
