Ticketed Events Cancellation Policy
If a booking is cancelled up to 10 business days prior to the event date, we will provide a credit voucher to the face value of the tickets, rounded down to the nearest $50. These vouchers are redeemable for food and beverage at any of the Club’s venues. If a booking is cancelled within 10 business days of the event date, no refund is available.

Crab and Green Papaya Salad
Shredded green paw paw tossed with Asian tropical herbs, vegetables and a dressing of lime juice, fish sauce and chilli, topped with crab meat
Humpty Doo Barramundi
Marinated in mint and coconut with fresh ginger, steamed wrapped in banana leaf and served with tamarind chutney
Balinese Roast Duck
Duck breast marinated in traditional Balinese spices and herbs, served with fresh turmeric rice, sambal oelek and fresh coriander, lime and shallot salad
