Our “Taste of” series continues as we explore the region close to home. The area around Canberra has a wide range of local producers, growers and wineries which we’re delighted to feature on our specially designed 4 course menu this April.

Texas rubbed Cowra lamb rump, sweet potato galette, crispy dry cured pancetta, Shaw Vineyard estate shiraz jus

Dark chocolate and salted caramel ganache cannelloni, liquorice ice cream, Lerida Estate Botrytis Pinot Gris rosewater syrup
