Beer on Arrival – Wild Yak
Wild Yak is a fresh and fruity beast with a combination of Australian pale malt & wheat malt that provides a light, smooth palate low in bitterness and complemented with passionfruit & melon aromas.
Sesame and Honey Soy Marinated Chicken Wings
on a petit salad
Matched with Beez Neez. A unique hand crafted speciality beer, brewed with a blend of premium pale malted barley, malted wheat and pure light amber honey. The light malt palate with its dominating honey aroma and flavour create a pale light golden coloured beer, with a moderate bitterness.
Crumbed Victorian Lamb Cutlets with a Rosemary Crush
served with mint chutney
Matched with Fat Yak. A lovely golden amber colour, the first impression is the distinctive hop driven fruity and herbaceous aromas, giving characteristic passionfruit and melon notes. The taste is refreshingly clean on the palate.
Handpicked Jervis Bay Scallops
seasoned and pan seared with Australian made spicy chorizo sausage on a minted green pea puree, and served with Tasmanian salmon caviar
Matched with Redback. Australia’s original wheat beer, brewed from both malted wheat and malted barley, and a blend of Saaz and Pride of Ringwood Hops. Redback beer has a rich creamy mouth feel and a subtle bitterness on the palate.
Grain Fed Riverina Valley Sirloin Steak
with seasonal vegetables, béarnaise sauce, and roasted kipfler potatoes
Matched with Alpha Pale Ale. Cascade hopped flavour, giving it a big citrus hop aroma and distinctive bitter finish, then rounded off with full malt flavours and dark crystal malt to add character and palate weight.
Melted Gippsland Brie on Truffled Brioche
accompanied with red wine poached pear
Matched with Leffe Radieuse. An emblem of age old tradition, its character is elegantly balanced out by notes of orange rind, coriander seeds and roasted malt. Distinct bitter flavour, incredibly rich and wonderfully full bodied.
