Executive Chef Anil Kapoor has designed a delicious five course menu that uses fresh modern products that will perfectly showcase the rich aroma and unique earthy taste of some of Canberras finest truffles. With guest speaker Jayson Mesman from The Truffle Farm, this is sure to be a night of exquisite food and entertainment
