Enjoy four delectable courses at our truffle dinner in July, to be held at the Restaurant at the Southern Cross Yacht Club.

Pan seared milk fed veal tenderloin, served with seared duck liver, creamy leek, creamy truffle mash, poached green asparagus and Madeira jus
