October’s session is titled Feeding Fussy Toddlers.
Did you know, an alarming 25 per cent of Australian Children are now classified as overweight or even obese? Positive eating behaviours start during childhood and it can set them up for life. And as we all know, changing or establishing new eating habits in adulthood is a lot harder.
Developing a positive and balanced relationship with food during childhood, can lead to better health outcomes in the long run. However, this is easier said than done, because as any parent of a toddler will tell you, they can make things a little challenging at times.
In this presentation, Registered Nutritionist Kate Freeman, will address all these issues and provide some guidelines on how you can set your kids up for a healthy future.
