Spring has Sprung! The latest installment of the “Best of Peppercress” series
sees lamb back on the menu and while not as hearty as our mid winter lamb, it is every bit as delicious. Our hot house smoked Tassie salmon, spring lamb and eton mess are the best indicators that warmer weather is on the way. 3 courses from our award winning chefs for just $49 represents fantastic value.
