Flakes of poached and smoked Atlantic salmon tossed with shallots, fresh herbs, lemon juice, olive oil and capers, served with toasted sourdough croute

Classic duck à l’orange served with fondant potato
Beef Bourguignonne
Pasture fed beef cheek gently simmered in bourguignon wine and fresh herbs, served on creamy Parisienne potato purée and bacon lardon, baby onion and champignon mushroom
Platter of French Cheese
Platter of Famous French cheese Roquefort, Brie and mature Comte cheese served with fresh fruits and crackers
Gateau Opera
Classic Dalloyau recipe of layered of almond cake, rich butter cream coffee and rich chocolate ganache, perfect way to finish a meal
Ticketed Events Cancellation Policy
If a booking is cancelled up to 10 business days prior to the event date, we will provide a credit voucher to the face value of the tickets, rounded down to the nearest $50. These vouchers are redeemable for food and beverage at any of the Club’s venues. If a booking is cancelled within 10 business days of the event date, no refund is available.
