A Devine Degustation – Gourmet Vegetarian Dinner

In a first for the Club, Executive Chef Anurag Gautam has designed a devine vegetarian degustation menu to showcase some amazing meat-free dishes.

An optional matched wines package is available for an additional $25.

Sweet potato, caramelized brussel sprout, smoked chilli aioli

Spicy Bhel Chaat
Chickpea crisp straws, crunchy moong lentil, puffed rice, tomatoes,
fresh chilli, chickpeas, tamarind and coriander chutney

Heirloom Carrots and pumpkin
Roasted heirloom carrots and pumpkin, smoked labna, toasted nuts and seeds,
carrot green’s pesto

Smoked Portobello Mushroom
potato croquette, cauliflower puree, charred broccolini and fresh herbs

Platter of Artisan Australian Cheeses
Maffra cloth bound aged cheddar, Tasmanian heritage blue and small cow farm
Brie served with homemade quince paste, sweet nectarine relish, fresh celery,
grapes, crackers and lavosh

Chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate
Dark choc torte, caramelised white chocolate mousse and
milk chocolate barks, with fresh berries
