Entree: Taste of Raffle Seafood
Pan seared Shark Bay crab cakes, fresh smoked salmon tartare, Harvey Bay lime cured cold scallop, served with pickled Enoki mushrooms, Yarra Valley salmon caviar and saffron aioli

Sorbet: Watermelon and Mint Granite

Main: Trio of Duck
Dutton Park duck from Young cooked three ways, double smoked breast, confit of Maryland, and pan seared duck liver, served with baby vegetables, sweet and white potato fondant and raspberry jus

Dessert: Chocolate Sensation
Pistachio coated single origin chocolate terrine, white chocolate mousse and truffle chocolate, served with fresh berries
