Pre entrée
Dutton Valley smoked duck breast with Victorian marinated goat cheese mousse

Entrée – Taste of Yacht
Queensland prawn and crab salad

Australian traditional chorizo and scallops, served with salmon caviar and cauliflower espuma

Grain fed overnight cooked rare sirloin of beef, stuffed with semidried tomato and onion jam

Mains (alternate serve)
Pan seared black Angus tenderloin, served with sweet and white potato confit discs, roasted Portobello mushroom, baby vegetables served with red wine jus

Lemon, mustard and thyme marinated corn fed chicken supreme, served with sweet and white potato dauphinoise, young vegetables with creamy mushroom ragout
