Glass of sparkling or softdrink on arrival

Entrée – Fresh Australian Seafood Plate
Fresh Queensland prawn, coffin Bay Oyster, Tasmanian smoked salmon and Western Australian Spanner crab meat served with house made cocktail sauce, caper flowers and pickled onion

Main Course (served alternatively)

Free Range Chicken Breast
Marinated in freshly chopped oregano, thyme, garlic and mint, roasted and served with potato and pea croquette, locally grown vegetables,  corn and parsley cream sauce

Riverina Beef Short Rib
Grass-fed Riverina beef short rib smoked with hickory and slow cooked in red wine and fresh herbs served with parisienne puree, sautéed mushroom, local vegetables and red wine jus

Dessert – Raspberry and White Chocolate Cremeux
A luscious single estate white chocolate and raspberry creamy dessert served with dried raspberry streusels and house made wild berry gelati
