Gaming Statement

Country: Must reside in excess of 50kms from the Club. A person who qualifies for and elects to be in this category is not elegible to be an Officer or Director of the Club, but is entitled to vote.
Religious: A Priest, Brother, Nun, Minister (or their spouse) or full time student of a recognised religion. A person who qualifies for and elects to be in this category is not eligible to be an Officer or Director of the Club, and is not entitled to vote.

Responsible Service of Gaming

The Canberra Southern Cross Club is committed to providing a strong harm minimisation approach to the service of gaming. While the ACT club industry is governed by the provisions of the Gambling and Racing Control (Code of Practice) Regulations 2002, the Canberra Southern Cross Club sees the Code of Practice as the minimum standard and will strive to achieve a higher standard in the service of gaming.
