The Canberra Southern Cross Club provides New Apprenticeship opportunities for school students and school leavers in the following areas:
- Australian School-Based Apprenticeships (ASBA – Part-time)* Kitchen Operations or Hospitality
- Chef Apprenticeships – 4 years
- Management Program
- Management Program - Hospitality Management Traineeships – 4 years completing a Diploma in Hospitality Management
